Review on Baxton Studio Coolidge Shoe Storage Espresso by Tony Winn

This shoe storage was very easy to assemble and I think it looks very nice in the living room. Two stars two for durability. The doors and latch seemed to work great until about 8 months later half the slats on one side came loose. We were able to carefully put them back in place, but after about 1-2 months we found out why they were loose when the whole door came loose. The wood chips were completely worn away and there was no way to reattach the door. It hadn't even been a year and I called Revain and asked for a door replacement or something and they gave me the number of the salesman who unfortunately never responded to the message. Later I tried to email them as well. NO ANSWER. Hence two stars because it looks nice but obviously cannot be opened every day. And now I have a shoe cabinet with one door in my living room and I either have to take the other door off so it doesn't close. don't look dumb or dirty everyone. I was also not impressed that the seller never contacted me.
