Seems like so many companies say they want you to be happy or that they want their product to be supportive but don't follow through. My daughter bought me this for Christmas and I love it! Cracked this week. I figured I let it cool long enough and tried using hot tap water to avoid it, but it still cracked. It is very clear that this was my problem and is not covered by the lifetime warranty. Contacted support@beanenvy.com, explained it to them and they responded to me right away saying they would "like to send me a new" exact wording. There is no need to return the defective one. I can't remember the last time I was so impressed with a company. I will buy more from them. Thanks Bean Envy for going the extra mile!
