The interface is intuitive and easy to use, it's very flexible and has tons of options that give us enough room to do what we need. The support team is always up-to-date in terms of all the new updates available. We can't see everything in one view but if I have to choose only one thing, it would be the custom reports. It would be great to have more detailed reports for different categories. This way we can compare things like: Sales report with invoices compared to customer credit card statements. The benefits are that this gives us the ability to quickly identify potential issues when comparing sales vs credit cards. This helps reduce fraud since we are able to catch any discrepancies early.
