The parts worked correctly as they were plugged into the same outlet as other low voltage parts. The parts are controlled by Arduino MEGA. Due to the PA on the board, they draw more current than the non-PA parts and are therefore sensitive to the length of the GND, +3.3VDC wires. In my experience, if the wires are longer than 5 inches, the module will work erratically, and if the wires are longer than 8 inches, it will stop working at all. To solve this problem, add/solder a 10uF tantalum capacitor to GND and +3.3VDC as close to the module as possible. as much as possible.
