Put wheels on with washers and these caps hold the wheels well. Center the cap on the axle and type .
Heavy drain pipe needs to be wheeled. Bought a 5/8" bar from Home Depot and 10" wheels from Harbor Freight. I welded the axle, put shims on the wheels, and these caps hold the wheels well. Center the cover over the axle and tap with a hammer to start. Seems to be holding on.
