Review on Visual Private Office by Jaleel Pruitt

I like having all of my appointments in one place so it’s easy to see when someone has an appointment with me! It also helps keep track if we are seeing patients back -to –back which saves us time from calling each other looking up records (which can be quite frustrating). The only thing about this software was how complicated some things were at first but after learning more what you need versus not needed they became very simple once figured out by myself as well!! My main issue would have been being able fix problems without contacting customer service multiple times because there wasn't much support available through their website either online chat didn;t work most days etc.. This helped our office run smoother than any previous version i've seen before now since adding visual povoice into offices workflow its amazing. !
