I love that we can use the same system for both our hiring needs as well as our applicant tracking needs. We've been able to keep track of applicants who are interested in our jobs and have them auto-populate into our recruiting system once they are hired. This has cut down on time spent searching through resumes and other candidate sourcing methods! It also helps us see what types of people are applying for our positions. I wish there was an option to set up alerts when new applications come in, but this does not seem to be possible right now. If you are looking for a solution that will help you manage your applicant pool and allow you to easily see who is interested in your position, then this is for you. We are using it to help us identify qualified candidates faster and more effectively.
