Great platform for connecting jobs & candidates

I like how user friendly this system is, that you don't have to be tech savvy to use it. It is simple to integrate with other applications such as LinkedIn and recruiters can easily view open positions using their own CRM or recruiting tool and then search through our applicant base. We've started seeing some great results since integrating our two separate systems together. Not much, I would say just try it out yourself and see what your experience will be. Great Applicant Tracking System with Excellent Customer Service

I love that we can use the same system for both our hiring needs as well as our applicant tracking needs. We've been able to keep track of applicants who are interested in our jobs and have them auto-populate into our recruiting system once they are hired. This has cut down on time spent searching through resumes and other candidate sourcing methods! It also helps us see what types of people are applying for our positions.
