It's very easy to use, it has all you need from an online tool like this one (monitoring visits stats) in order for me as client or employer I can see what my visitors are doing while they're there! The support team was great too when we had any issues with our account/subscription. Nothing atm but maybe if more people joined up together then i might have some suggestions of how things could be improved upon? But really no problems so far other than price which makes sense because its not cheap though thats just down tot he fact they offer good value compared to their competitors who charge much higher prices. Just try them out and decide yourself whether they meet your needs best.
