The valve was not open to supply air!
The valve to blow this thing was tight. For example, I couldn't blow air into it to inflate it! I had to make a slit in the valve with a knife so I could let air in (very slowly). Also, it fits my Boston Terrier very well! The package says it's big enough for a labrador, but I have two and it's not big enough for her neck!
