This came WITH NO remote control so NO ANY WAY TO CONTROL IT! The engine is accessible through the zip, but the zip is sewn INSIDE OUT making it inaccessible. While I love the idea behind this product, the poor workmanship and packaging (come on, NO REMOTE?!?!) make me doubt I'll get a working product if I reorder. return for refund. If you have to buy the remote control separately, shame on it. UPDATE: I tried contacting the manufacturer via google to contact customer service. I couldn't find her. Carepeutic must be the DBA of a manufacturer who does not want their product to be publicly labeled. What does that say about quality control?
