I thought this machine would be great as it seemed light weight and portable. However, when the machine is in use, the dirty water trough is designed so that the dirty water from the tumbler flows onto the machine and is then thrown onto the carpet. I've checked the instructions for putting on the dirty water collection tray several times to make sure I'm doing it right; I also checked the instructions a couple of times to make sure I was using the machine at the right angle, but the leak persisted. A sigh of disappointment. It looked like such a good solution too. Better to use a hose than the whole machine.
