Review on Covercraft Break Up Country Carhartt Covers Interior Accessories in Seat Covers & Accessories by Trey Michaels

Very disappointed. Fits interior

I always have CoverCraft. Never had any problems, always fit and looked great. Then I bought them for my 2007 F-350 SuperDuty XLT. Hardly "made to order", very suitable for the ghetto. I spoke to the CoverCraft staff 6 times, sent them 16 photos showing the poor fit and exchanged a dozen emails. All they said was "they fit your car". I went to my local Ford dealer and they said the part number was correct but the caps were wrong. I told CoverCraft about it and they didn't care. In their email replies, they repeatedly misrepresented the year of the car and always responded as if they had never read my email before replying. They offered me a refund for the covers after arguing with them for hours. The rear fits perfectly. They refused to send a replacement set forward, they only offered a refund. I asked the CoverCraft supervisor to call me back, but they didn't. I knew this would be the case given the poor customer service I had previously received. The bottom line is that CoverCraft itself doesn't endorse their products. They outsource production (they were made in Mexico) and don't seem to appreciate calls from customers. Apart from someone named Amy, they weren't polite at all, treated me like an idiot and acted like they didn't want my case. As I said, I have used their products on 3 different cars for 12 years, all Dodges. Things weren't quite like last time this time, and at $319 for covers, you'd expect more. For reference, although ALL images show center console covers, they are not included.
