I put this on my cat and made sure she was loose enough to begin with. A few weeks later I noticed that the collar was very worn. As there are multiple collars in the package I removed the frayed collar to put on a different one. My cat scratched the collar and pulled the collar around her neck until the collar dug into my cat's skin. I was barely able to remove the collar and it caused noticeable bruising/scarring. I would have thought the company would make sure something like this couldn't be a potential problem. I would not recommend this product.
