The e-bike I ordered came without a seatpost and seatpost, with the manufacturer promising to remedy the situation and forward the missing parts I didn't want to wait weeks for the missing parts to arrive , so I decided to take a risk and try this place. It arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at how well constructed and plush this seat is. The double springs provide extra cushioning and the seat is very comfortable on an e-bike. This is a definite keeper. For me, it outperforms the dual-suspension Cloud9 saddles I've tried and costs less than $20. It's hard to ask for more!
