Asus software is like stepping on dog shit

My experience with Asus software would be like stepping on the newspaper early in the morning and suddenly stepping on dog shit, slipping on it and climbing on your own everywhere, including the eyes, not only would you be angry, but you would feel full of rage. Installing the software took about 6 hours. Apparently if you had an Asus product before and uninstalled the software it leaves crap that requires you to learn how to uninstall Asus services from command line, delete everything related to Asus on the c drive and delete the registries just to install the software. After spending 6 hours installing software you get stuck on the loading screen, after a while you spend another 2 hours updating your keyboard and software. At the very least, Logitech and Razer felt bad for me, but that's a whole new level. Here are the advantages: 1. Detachable keyboard2. palm rest3. The magnets stay on the rest, but it would be nice if you could screw them on so he can take the keyboard with him4. Padded palm rest, but I'd prefer plastic for ease of cleaning and durability5. Optical switches, the smoothest switches I've tapped on, they feel as good as Cherry MX Reds6. Volume control, better quality than any other keyboard I've had in the past7. The battery seems good, but I haven't had this keyboard for a long time to know for sure8. RGB on keycaps even on Fn. Cons: 1. Software, very buggy, difficult to install, excessive use of minimalism (it takes an idiot to tell if it works or not)2. Capital letters, child-friendly font choice, I should have chosen a professional font3. ABS material of the keycaps, in this price range, PBT Double Shot should have been at least 4. I've found that my keyboard says to restart on its own, the light goes on and then off, and the numpad lock has to be turned on again and again. When I was typing something it happened that the keyboard would reboot itself and start typing by itself and this would keep repeating itself causing the report I was writing to fail and I lost my job. I think this is due to bad contacts of the detachable keyboard.5. The keyboard attachment is very weak. Patented key switches, it would be better if they use Cherry mx style keycap switches so that people can choose whether to use their keycaps or not.
