Read and think before you buy

You can tell the purpose of this item is to stabilize and limit movement to correct bad golfing habits. The set contains several items with Velcro fasteners. Unfortunately, if you have more than average muscle mass, it won't work. For those who don't, this is a great tutorial for beginners.
