I just got this last week, this is my first epilator purchase! I looked at the reviews and compared and it seemed like the best option for my price. It was well packaged, there was no damage to the box or the item. After first use I would give it a 4. It's louder than I thought 🤷🏼‍♀️. Someone doesn't care. He does what he says. most of time. It definitely pulls the hair out, but it doesn't pick them all up in one pass, sometimes it takes 4-5 passes at different angles to get the hair. Good with short hair but better with long hair as you can imagine! That hurts? Not much to be honest. I always pull my hair out with tweezers, so I don't really care, but if you're not used to the feeling, yes, it hurts a bit. It will hurt more in sensitive areas like your face. This is an uncomfortable feeling that goes away almost immediately. To me this is a good little gadget that does what it says on the tin at a good price. I'm only giving it a 4 because I have to do multiple passes to get all the hair, but I'll update if it changes as I get used to using it.
