Thought I'd buy a quality kitchen island light. Instead, I got what I believe was a $60 Walmart unit. In the best case. 1) The wrought iron weapon consisted of two parts instead of one hand. 2) The arms are made of something other than wrought iron. Not the weight and feel of wrought iron as well as the rest of the body. 3) The wiring instructions are a joke: no white/black/green wires that match the instructions. All you get are two brown wires, similar to a regular power strip, and a gold wire, also known as the ground wire. So none of this matches the instructions and it's useless to help with the installation. Glass beads are ordinary thin pieces of glass. Globe screw mounts are just cheap plastic. All in all, an inexpensive device in every respect. Full Disclosure: I sent the same comments to the manufacturer before this post. They claim to be working on improving the product. I asked for a replacement at a reduced price once they improved the product. No Answer.
