Good, cheap fans. I've been building a few computers lately and I was running out of fans so I ordered some to finish the build. All worked from one herd and made no noise. (big issue for me) They move a lot of air, and even in a PC with three of these fans the noise isn't very noticeable and certainly not what I would call loud. I've waited a few months to check them out in case they start making noise or fail altogether and so far so good. They are definitely not the quality of premium fans, but neither is the price.
