It’s really easy to use. No need to configure anything. It’s a perfect fit and fits my organization’s needs. It’s a little pricey for our organization, but we are happy with the value and I think it’s worth the investment. I haven’t found anything I dislike. We are solving the problem of monitoring our various apps and the servers supporting those apps. The best thing about cloudradar was its ease of use. It's pretty much plug n' play (no need to install software).The alerts are very helpful in bringing down issues quickly as well as preventing them from happening again! I have nothing negative to say so far!! There isn't anything i dislike at this time either. A must try if you're looking into service level agreements or SLA management/monitoring solutions. We were able to get rid off our old systems which where quite outdated & expensive.
