Helps when the Wi-Fi printer is annoying.
That turned out to be a good thing. When I tried to use a previous printer that used Wi-Fi printing. I always encountered a problem. WiFi connection is always jerky. Then output like "Error! Can't connect because blah blah blah" and needs a reboot. troubleshooting and whatnot. So having a wired connection to my printer or another printer is a handy way to get things moving.
