The ability to track leads across all channels in real time is what I like best about this tool! It's easy enough that non tech people can use it without any training at least initially (it does have some features you'll need technical knowledge of). We're able to see where our customers are coming from so we know which ones were referred by whom or if they found us ourselves - very helpful when trying to decide who gets credit/blame etc. Sometimes there will be "ghost" accounts showing up but nothing wrong happens aside from having them added into your tracking list until one day their activity stops appearing entirely even though it was still being tracked before then too.. That said sometimes ghosted data just disappears completely after 24 hours leaving no way to get back those records unless someone else logs onto his account within another hour afterwards... If not done right away it could take upwards of 2 weeks to recover these.
