We switched our business to them and it was the BEST decision we could've made!!

I like that it's so easy (and free) of adding new modules or features.

The support team can be slow at responding as well but they do have an awesome "hotline" feature where you just put in your problem/question into their chat system instead which works wonders! It also helps if there are multiple people working together because then we all see each other messages more often than not too! We started using this service after our previous provider went out of business due to lack of payment processing services from them since PayPal was no longer available either -.- So glad we switched over cause otherwise none of us would've ever known about how great these guys were until now. That being said though, don't expect things super fast even when contacting customer support via email sometimes takes days before getting back to me!! I like that they send you many options of what your message can say - so it's not really limiting at all! The only thing we found was when sending texts out from my phone as an admin (which makes sense) there wasn't always enough money in our account after each transaction/text had been sent or received by one guest; this caused some issues later down-the line which meant additional charges were incurred due being unable access funds needed elsewhere within Hotel systems etc.

  • I love being able to use multiple different platforms of the software with the same account which saves me time and money
