The chain is too short.
I ordered the chain as a Christmas present for my adult daughter. I knew as soon as I tried it on that it wouldn't fit. I gave it to her but I need to order a longer chain and have it repaired so she can actually wear the chain. The pendant is beautiful, otherwise I would have given it a higher rating.
