Got all 12 (I counted), all 12 work (all tested) and easy to assemble. Some have written about tail loss. I did notice that the stitching at the seam had unraveled a bit when trying to insert the tail, but I was just trying to gently push it back in tighter. He could get out, but could not "fall out". Went in a bag of gifts and stayed together. The most impressive feature (in my opinion) was the band that wraps around your finger. It's like a wide rubber band or silicone material, but it's quite comfortable and surprisingly fits both my tiny 2-year-old finger and my adult finger. What is impressive. Ordering everything that is worn (mask, funny glasses, etc.) mostly "suitable" is the biggest challenge. And usually one or the other (suitable for a child or an adult). But it actually fits both! The big disappointment was the tails were sticking straight up and didn't have a good spray/spread like in the photos which was disappointing and I feel this is a bit of false advertising. I thought, "Should I manually spread my cock?" But there were no instructions and I didn't want to break them, so I left them as is. Use them anyway. They really do look like birds and they're still pretty (just not that cool. I figured those weren't peacocks anymore, they were quails or something). I would post pictures but for some reason it doesn't make it possible. The second disappointment was that my son left his ring overnight and was dead by morning. It wasn't too devastating since we had more. My 2 and 3 year olds didn't seem too interested in them other than the initial "what's that" and testing. But I think it's good for kids over 5 years old. An age old enough to wear "carefully" because it's obviously big on your finger, so being active while wearing it requires caution. Would I buy it again? Of course. This is something different, beautiful, and a good price for 12 pack (less than $1 each). Price and quantity are the reason I gave it 4 stars verse 3.
