While I've noticed that many reviews have dead pixels, I'm not one of them yet. While this particular monitor doesn't have all the bells and whistles you'd expect from a high-end panel, it clearly lacks ghosting, which I'm very pleased about. There is some darkening around the edges, but it's not critical and works fine out of the box with my Samsung 4k QLED monitor. Brightness is good, not eye-popping, but not-so-dark in-game colors don't lose too much detail. Keep in mind that this isn't an HDR capable panel, so you won't get extremely high-resolution shadows, but overall you're paying a good price for this model at around $300. Oh, and the VESA mount is quite a bit. necessary. The stand is pretty stiff by default, but it comes with some fairly sketchy VESA mount conversion posts, and as long as it doesn't sag under the considerable weight of this 32-inch beast, that's pretty impressive. The real upgrade I would ask for is a USB slot, but otherwise this somewhat spartan gaming pad is perfect for high-end mid-range systems with 5700XT or RTX 2070-level graphics cards.
