I bought these for myself since women's pockets remain woefully inadequate. I'm pretty happy with the fit, though of course the rise is too long and pooches a bit. But the fit on thigh and just below the knee is A+. And I can put my cell phone in most of the pockets and it just stays there.While I'm glad these do not have velcro, I am a bit bummed that the buttons aren't re-enforced. I've already ripped the back pocket button while sitting in chairs and had to stitch it back on. That took less than a month.
