I love Behr paints I HATE Behr tins even though they are plastic but have metal rims and lids. I bought QT paint 11 months ago and put it on a shelf in my back hallway and had to use it last week, the top never opened was rusty and the paint was peeling off when I opened it and had to be filtered. I ordered 6 new cans of QT and filtered all leftover paint on the shelf into plastic cans. When I lived in Mexico COMEX only used plastic cans and they were great, never rusted, easy to open and durable. This is the solution for rusty cans.
