I like that it has so many different features to help you manage your business better! It's very customizable which allows me as well as my employees to be able to do our jobs easier than ever before. There are some things about this program that could use improvement but nothing major or anything really bad at all. The customer service here was great too because they were always willing to answer any questions we had no matter how small of a detail. This helped us get used with everything quickly since there weren't a lot of tutorials out there for beginners who didn't have much experience using programs such as these.
