
A simple concept. Add ingredients, set kneading time and rising time. He does everything else. The first try was Italian bread. Second, egg rolls. Seemed easy to deal with both of them. Simplifies the process of bread baking. Update: White bread made with it in a Pullman pan. Looks good and tastes good too. (King Arthur's white bread recipe). I'm letting this prove too long so I'll scale it down next time. But the machine delivers very consistent kneading and proofing times so I can experiment with this matter.
