Haus customer service is by far the best. I liked how these guys solved my fan remote control problem. The remote control I ordered did not match the fan I just installed. Blame the manufacturer for the ambiguous model numbers that caused my problem. However, John from Haus emailed me and not only that, he made an effort to call me and ask how they could help us. I was amazed, we live in the age of e-commerce, it's nice to get calls to solve the problem.
