I bought this 49 inch monitor to replace my 2nd and 3rd monitors and as such it is really great. I installed it on my main 35 inch monitor. It looks a lot better than if I had three monitors and fewer cables. I usually shoot Twitch on one side and anything else I watch or use on the other. I don't use it for gaming. I use it as a second monitor, but I can play on it whenever I want. Gaming on the ultra-wide screen offers a more immersive experience, but the downside to this model is the 3840 x 1080 resolution. 1080 might put some people off, but as I said, the immersion was great. I tried it in Forza Horizon 4 and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint and loved it. If you're looking for an ultra-wide gaming monitor as your main display, there are some better options, but you can also pay more. But if you want to use it like I do, basically bundling two extra monitors together, I don't think it gets any better.
