Raising the Bar on My Grilling/BBQ Game

I recently replaced an old, rusty and dented Weber charcoal grill. It worked well and I was able to cook good steaks. But I wanted to upgrade to a Weber Performer charcoal grill, which I consider to be the best in the Weber charcoal grill line. I found a used one in great condition. Along with the updated grill, I wanted a grill thermometer. I have a couple of instant thermometers that are great for checking steaks and chicken to make sure they've reached the proper doneness. This wireless bluetooth thermometer is the best I've ever walked around with. I got it last week and the rain kept me from cooking for a long time but I've used it a few times and I'm a big fan. Installation was easy. Three AAA batteries included. Removing the back cover wasn't easy as I was afraid of breaking it. A small Phillips screwdriver is required to remove the battery cover. After that, download the application. The guide includes a QR code to get the application. Once loaded, it searches for a Bluetooth thermometer. Find the process very intuitive. I did this without reading the instructions. Four probes included. I look forward to using all four probes, but I only used one probe. I sat at home and was able to monitor the temperature of the chicken thighs I was cooking. So easy to use.
