I installed it on the back of a Coachmen Freedom Express 233 RBS trailer that I am towing a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel engine. Because the Jeep doesn't have folding side mirrors, towing can be a hassle. I've tried mirror extensions but haven't found a kit that fits. Having this camera installed and permanently enabled will solve the problem. Now I can see what's behind me and it also helps when reversing in hard-to-reach places. The only modification I made was to solder a 4 pin built in aviation connector onto the end of the trailer wire so I could connect it to the Jeep that has the matching pin end. The picture is sharp and clear, and installation was easy but took a long time. I routed the cable into the back panel and tied it to the chassis and trailer pigtail. When I connect the trailer, I also plug in the 4-pin connector and I'm good to go. It's a great system.
