So there's a nice strip of untanned skin on my quads
I'm 5ft 8" and about 162 pounds. M fits me well but note the legs are cut short compared to typical cycling shorts so there is a strip of untanned skin on my quads. Haven't worn it to competitions but I've swum and ridden in the sea and it's a great suit.
