This thing is great if you currently use a bench grinder then buy this instead of wearing out your wheel for poor results. This thing gets the right angle every time it senses my arc is stabilizing a lot better. I'm not sure how it compares to the super expensive tungsten grinders, but I can't imagine it's going to be as big an upgrade as it was from the benchtop grinder to this one. I only use tungsten 3/32 and have had no problems with holes. I will say that putting the tungsten in the hole while the dremel is working made it a lot easier. The engine's vibrations help it get into tight-fitting holes.
