About a week later, in a somewhat expensive new gaming build, this power supply failed with a very loud "click"! I took it out of the computer, plugged it back in and there was another loud click! I took it completely apart (don't do that if you don't know what you're doing. I'm old school and trained in component level troubleshooting) and black carbon was visible on both the case and the PCB . Well, pay attention to the price. I should have known better than to install something that cheap into a decent computer. You get what you pay for, and computers are no different. Based on my experience with it, I will never buy a "SHARK" product again!
