Product does exactly as advertised and much beyond
I have been using this product for about 5 years now, i've never had any issues with it or noticed anything that wasn't great while working in its use to help me do my job better every day! If you are looking at an all-inclusive solution go ahead & try out mxie first before purchasing other products/services from them (esp if their prices seem too high). Our team has benefited greatly by being able to quickly create lists of people who we need access information off of our phone system. Helps us manage call traffic so no one gets confused when there's more than 1 person wanting info during busy times.
Pros
- It is simple yet effective tool used within both customer service departments as well those providing security services like law enforcement / firefighters alike because they can easily add contacts into database without having problems doing such due simply through ease..It gives many users flexibility whether dealing wih clients needing updates done upon entering data correctly etc..or others performing duties requiring fast turnaround time which was very much important especially where lives were possibly involved along side safety concerns also involving fire fighters
