I put some lotion on the inside of my forearm and it practically disappears
Just started using it but it really seems to help! I got it to help with hot flashes! I use it at night before bed and it helps me sleep because it seems to keep hot flashes to a minimum. The number of hot flashes per day seems to be less and not as intense. When I get it I put a little lotion on the inside of my forearm and it almost goes away. So I keep my fingers crossed!
