Microphone comes without instructions. I had a problem: It was WAY too tight, like a vise on steroids. My first attempt to fix the problem didn't work: I set the microphone to stretch the metal strap across the width of the Revain shipping box overnight. came, but the next day the microphone was still tight. Then I found a simple solution: the headband is steel, and if the headset is too tight, you just have to bend the metal a little in the middle of the band. Do this gradually so as not to overexert yourself. Now it fits perfectly. I'll use it and report on the accuracy, but it really needs to be accurate, so I'm looking forward to using it now without constant discomfort like headaches (maybe there should be a note in the box about adjusting the band).
