I ordered these steps so a small dog can reach the sofa. It took several days of treats to get the desired result, but now the dog is using steps without prompting, so don't give up! The steps are really attractive and look way better than any other I've found. If you are assembling them I would recommend working with two people - one holding and the other gluing. It takes some effort to get the parts in place and align them properly. The assembly is very easy and quick, it takes less than an hour. Read the instructions before you begin. I highly recommend this product.
