Looking for a good entry-level razor, here it is. I just got mine and after spending some time with my whetstones and belt I was about to shave. Yes, you have to sharpen. Good skill unless you know someone who will do it for you, but you really need to learn how to take care of it yourself. There are good tutorials on YouTube. I enjoy using my gold dollar and will be using it for a while but I know I will switch to a more expensive razor one day but for now I'm learning from it. About the razor, it can be said that this is my first love.
