The labeling appears to be mislabeled on purpose as fuses and micro spade taps tend to be more expensive. Adding "Micro" to the description in addition to Mini is one way to get them to show up in more search results, but it's pretty questionable. The quality seems acceptable but be aware that you will NOT get the fuse you pay for. Mini fuses and micro fuses are very similar in size so you may not notice the trick in the photo (mini fuses in the photo).
