Nice product, except it doesn't last long and customer support is terrible

I've purchased two sets of these knee braces for pickleball. They provide excellent support and are comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, both sets of knee braces broke in less than a year. And, when I contacted the company for help on this, my requests were met with silence. There's no way to call them, at least that I have found and I've emailed them several times to no avail. For my next set of knee braces, I'm going to look elsewhere.
