Got advantages: There are no issues with the prefix itself; everything functions as intended; nevertheless, you cannot locate games at comparable costs, and iron is now exceedingly expensive. If I were aware of the service Sony offers, I would go with Xbox. Cons: I absolutely disliked the Sony service, and the customer care is among the worst I've ever heard or seen. Everything began on the first day I purchased a set-top box from Amazon. I have no issues about the company itself; the products were brand-new and in excellent condition. The kit came with a voucher for three months of PS Plus; but, when I tried to use it, an error appeared. After looking at the back of the voucher, I saw that it was only a few days past due, so I had to contact Sony support. When I contacted, they advised me to write to their address. I did so, and after around two to three days of correspondence regarding the data's explanation, I was given the assurance that it will be resolved between two to fourteen days. As you can see, dear reader, after waiting for 14 days, they requested me to wait indefinitely and then frozen me, which I really didn't enjoy, therefore I had to write this review. After experiencing such a "wonderful" PS service, I decided against using it when I next buy a console, and I wouldn't recommend that you do either.
