More fun than scratching lotto tickets

Im only a few states in right now, but its fun to scratch off the states and see the color pop out, but a friend of mine said i could go a step further and scratch off by city. My favorite part is taking a step back and instead of seeing a list of places i need to go, im saying to myself "lets push this boundary" or "lets take this line to the edge of the map." Kind of turns it into a game, asking yourself "when can i travel next?"
