Gentle and effective
The bristles are soft and not scratchy. It lathers my facial cleanser well and I can lightly scrub over my closed eyes with no problems. It is very flexible, allowing it to get into the nooks and crannies. It does not stay auctioned to the mirror though. Sits well on counter
