Review on Practical and Stylish: Lily Drew Daypack Computer Backpacks for Laptops by Mary Medema

I really like this bag! I'm looking for something to take on an upcoming flight with a toddler in tow. This bag caught my attention because it's beautiful, it's large, it has a small front and center pocket for my phone, it fits two water bottles, and it's a great value. Upon receipt of the item, the zipper in the main compartment did not work properly (which is why I gave it a 4 star rating). It was very difficult to open and close (I posted a photo, I'll try to post a video). The bag is very comfortable and makes a robust impression. The lining is a thin, soft material that is better than some other linings I've seen. The side pockets are spacious and deep. Shoulder straps are padded and adjustable. Inside there are two small pockets on the top front of the backpack. There's also a pocket on the back that could hold a laptop (I was planning on using it for a diaper and wipes). I loaded this bag with the things I want to take with me on my trip and it was great for stuff when I was picky. I would have liked more pockets. It frustrates me that the bag doesn't stay on its own all the time. I put everything in and went to get something else and the bag tipped over and all the small items I had fell into two small inner pockets. (hygienic lipstick, hand sanitizer, lip gloss, etc.). And maybe it will get better with time and use, I'm not sure. Fits perfectly in my shaker! But my son's water bottle falls out when the bag falls. So it would be nice to see maybe some kind of elastic or drawstring at the top to keep things in place. Overall I love this bag! Unfortunately I am sending it back due to thunderstorms. I'm considering buying another one, although it probably won't make it in time for my trip. I would like to add that the seller/owner contacted me and offered to replace the bag. This was the best customer service experience I've had at Revain.
