Review on Acer Monitor FreeSync Premium Technology 23.8", 1920X1080, 165Hz, Wide Screen, ‎UM.QP1AA.P01, HD by Paul Sumter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Okay, just a little annoying thing.

I've bought so many monitors over the last few months and sent them back due to a defect and little did I know that nowadays it's difficult to buy a monitor to get a perfect screen with no bleeding or dead pixels. My first monitor I bought wouldn't even turn on. The second and third had halos on the right corner of the screen, while the fourth had slight halos on the top of the monitor. This is now the fifth. So far I haven't noticed any glow, no dead pixels, no halos, but. I found what looked like a small speck of dust at the top of the screen. It's almost like a dead pixel that's visible through and through. At first I thought it was dirt on the screen and it didn't rub off. So now I debut if I have to return it or deal with it because I don't want to take any chances and get worse. Why is it so hard to get the perfect screen? Update * November 27, 2019 * Revain sent me a new one and the screen is fine so far. There are no flaws, nothing. It's a good monitor if you can get it without dead pixels or anything like that.
